• Active support of MBG Global sales in all markets, as well as distribution partners for respective countries and brands. 
• International brand presentations and press kits: You develop and present international brand presentations and create press kits to optimally position our brands worldwide. 
• International content creation: You are responsible for the operational and coordinating creation of content for various marketing channels on an international level. 
• Building and managing international brand accounts on Instagram and TikTok: You lead the establishment and maintenance of our brand presence on Instagram and TikTok, and manage the content and activities on these platforms. 
• Assistance with marketing plans for our distribution partners: You support our distribution partners in developing and implementing marketing plans to promote the sale of our products worldwide. 
• Monitoring marketing budgets: You monitor the marketing budgets for international projects and ensure efficient resource allocation. 
• Creation and distribution of mailings, sample shipments, and customer information: You are responsible for the creation and distribution of mailings, sample shipments, and provision of customer information on an international level. 
• Monitoring international trends including synergies with our brands: You track international trends in the marketing field and identify opportunities for synergy with our brands to gain competitive advantages. 
• Accompanying individual branding of hospitality properties: You assist in the development and implementation of individual branding for hospitality properties to ensure consistent brand presence and experience. This includes consulting and coordination with hospitality partners as well as the development of marketing materials and strategies tailored to the specific needs and target audiences of each property.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a similar field
• Several years of professional experience in international marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Profound knowledge in content creation, social media management, and brand positioning
• Experience in collaborating with distribution partners and project management
• Analytical skills and a good understanding of marketing metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, additional language skills are advantageous
• Teamwork, organizational skills, and a proactive work approach
